Rental Criteria

Thank you for considering Pueblo De Paz for your next home. Our community offers spacious  2-,  3 bedroom floor plans carefully designed with attention to detail, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.

Overview of Screening Criteria:

• Satisfactory rental history (lack of history will not be a cause for rejection).
• No previous evictions.
• Good credit history (lack of history will not be a cause for rejection).
• Pass a background check.
• Demonstrated ability to pay rent.

Completing Your Application:
Please ensure you fill out the application in its entirety. If certain sections do not apply to your household, please indicate them with N/A in the appropriate fields. Additionally, along with your application, you'll need to provide the following documents:

• A valid government issued ID for every household member aged 18 and above.
• Birth certificates for household members under the age of 18.
• Social security cards for all household members.
• Four consecutive paychecks (within the past 120 days)

Submitting Your Application:
Once your application is complete, and you have gathered all the additional documentation, please submit everything in full to the Management Office. You can do this by:

• Dropping off the application at our office at Pueblo De Paz during business hours (M-F 8 am - 5 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm).
• You can Apply Online by clicking on the Apply Now Button. 

Once we receive your complete application and documentation, we'll begin processing it and discuss apartment availability with you. Please note that a holding deposit will be required to reserve a unit, with the deposit amount depending on the apartment size.
